What can be returned

Anything you bought from us can be returned within 60 days of the delivery date as long as it is unused and in its original packaging with tags attached. You can open the box and inspect the product; you just cannot have played a season with it.

Items that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons: mouthguards and socks. Gift cards, if we offer them, are not refundable.

How to start a return

1. Email contact@linden-ave.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. You will hear back within one business day.
2. We email you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label and drop it with the carrier.
3. Once the return arrives and is checked, we issue your refund.

When you get your money back

We issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement. You will get an email when the refund is sent. The original shipping charge, if any, is refunded when the whole order is returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? Tell us in your return email and we will ship the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back, so you are not waiting on the refund first.

Defective or damaged gear

If something arrives damaged or fails early in normal use, email us a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it — your choice — and the 60-day window does not apply to manufacturing defects covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will handle the warranty claim for you where we can.

Cancelling an order

Orders ship within one business day, so email us right away if you need to cancel. If the order has not shipped we will cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, follow the return steps above once it arrives.

Team and league orders

The same 60-day policy applies. For large returns, email us first and we will arrange a single pickup rather than individual labels.
