This website (linden-ave.com) and the Linden Ave Sporting Goods store are operated by Linden Ave Management, LLC, a California limited liability company based in Burlingame, California ("Linden Ave," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for any reason, including a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot ship to; if we do, we will refund anything you paid in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you. Payment is collected at checkout by our third-party payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping charges and the countries we ship to are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

4. Products

We sell new, genuine equipment from the manufacturers named on each product page. Product names, logos and photographs belong to their respective manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer under their own terms; we will help you make a claim where we can.

5. Team and league orders

Team and league pricing applies to qualifying orders of ten or more units and is quoted by email. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. These terms apply to team orders in the same way as to any other order.

6. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information and not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to copy its content for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Sporting equipment is used in physical activity that carries inherent risk. Use products as intended and as directed by the manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linden Ave Management, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
