Where we ship
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and the District of Columbia, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows the item. We do not currently ship internationally, to US territories, or to freight forwarders; orders to those addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Delivery times
Orders ship from our Northern California location within one business day of payment. Delivery by ground service then takes 2–7 business days depending on your distance from California: typically 2–3 business days on the West Coast, 4–5 in the central US and 5–7 on the East Coast. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Oversized items such as soccer goals and batting tees may take an extra day or two.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans the package. We use USPS and UPS and choose the faster service for your address.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Orders of $75 or less ship for a flat $7.95. There are no surcharges for oversized items.
Team and league orders
Orders of ten or more units ship together on a single tracking number. If part of the order is on back-order we will tell you before shipping and hold the shipment until everything is ready, unless you ask us to split it.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If tracking has not moved for three business days or a package arrives damaged, email contact@linden-ave.com with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund without waiting for the claim to finish.
Address errors
Check your address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to reship it; a second shipping charge may apply for orders under $75.
